63 New Homes Coming to Stonegate In South Denver

Colorado master planned community Stonegate is going to get a little bit larger. Final plans have been filed with Douglas County allowing the construction of 63 new homes along Jordan Road and Aventerra Parkway in Stonegate. The owner of the land and developer of Stonegate is in final negotiations with a builder to sell the parcel. Originally, many more homes were planned for the land facing E470 and Jordan Road.
